a.)

Designer asks the customer for tentative measurements and dimensions of room or house with pictures from the customer.

Designer evaluates and finalizes floor plan with the customer.

b.)

Customer picks Mandaue Foam items and shows it to designer for layout consultation.

Designer prepares the final furniture list according to the floor plan.

c.)

Design service does not include commercial floor plan layout, construction, accessories and products outside Mandaue Foam.

Designer coordinates with Cabinetry Department and Special Order Office for any customized items.

After finalizing the floor plan and furniture list, customer pays the floor plan cost.

e.)

Designer can make up to two (2) revisions. If more than two (2) revisions, there will be an additional 50% payment of the rate.

f.)

Design service includes projects that are bare, furnish or ready occupancy.
